Preheat oven to 180℃.
In a small bowl mix coconut oil, tahini and honey.
In a large bowl combine oats, coconut, cocoa powder, salt and chia seeds or other additions.
Pour in your liquid ingredients from the small bowl and mix together. Add the milk and mix some more.
Line a baking tray with making mat or paper and spread your granola mixture. If you pack the granola tight you have better chance chunky result.
Bake for 10 minutes. Turn your granola gently, avoid mixing if you want it chunky. Bake for another 10 minutes or until it's not wet anymore.
Let cool and then transfer into an airtight container. Enjoy with yogurt and your favourite fruit.
